11phjoy Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 11phjoy (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing the registration process and clicking to confirm your agreement, or by continuing to use any part of the 11phjoy website and associated services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these terms. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported device.
11phjoy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account. Continued use following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated agreement.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to 11phjoy is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine online gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 11phjoy or any affiliated entity.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
11phjoy takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the account verification process, we may request supporting documents to confirm your date of birth and identity. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant regulatory bodies as required. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any stage of your use of the platform.
3. Account Creation, Security, and User Obligations
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 11phjoy platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, and any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 11phjoy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing the platform, and 11phjoy cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations. You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform's software, games, or payment systems. Any suspicious activity detected on your account may trigger a security review, during which access may be temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated thoroughly and fairly. 11phjoy will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to you as promptly as circumstances allow. Users found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct will be permanently banned and their details may be shared with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
4. Platform Usage Rules
11phjoy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to use the platform for any commercial purpose, to resell access, or to use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised. Any attempt to gain unfair advantage through software manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of system errors must be reported to support immediately and is grounds for account termination. We actively monitor platform activity and employ technical measures to detect and prevent abuse. Users who are found to have exploited technical errors are required to return any funds obtained as a result.
All games available on the 11phjoy platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing. The outcomes of all games are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 11phjoy or any of its staff. By participating in any game on the platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of financial loss that is a natural part of gambling as entertainment. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and any applicable house edges are disclosed within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
You agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the platform any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. Disruptive conduct in live chat features, harassment of support staff or other users, and attempts to circumvent security measures will all result in immediate account suspension. 11phjoy operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any behaviour that undermines the safety, fairness, or integrity of the platform experience for all users. We reserve the right to record and monitor communications conducted through platform channels for the purposes of safety, compliance, and service quality. Any content you submit through the platform may be reviewed by our moderation team.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Policy
All financial transactions on 11phjoy — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support a range of local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfer to ensure convenient access for Filipino players across the country. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, belongs to you personally, and is in good standing at the time of the transaction. 11phjoy does not accept payments from accounts registered to third parties, and any such payments detected will be returned and may result in account suspension. All deposit transactions are subject to anti-money laundering screening in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before funds are released. 11phjoy aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on your selected payment method and any applicable compliance checks. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of required verification procedures. In cases where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, our support team will notify you and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to their own specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of those funds. 11phjoy reserves the right to void any winings derived from bonus funds where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of promotional offers is identified. Any transaction disputes must be raised with our support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review, and 11phjoy's decision on all transaction matters shall be final subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11phjoy and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, delays in payment processing, unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence, or interruptions in service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of uninterupted or error-free operation. 11phjoy does not guarantee that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, and you are advised to maintain appropriate security software on your device. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the 11phjoy platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 11phjoy or its licensed content partners. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party. The11phjoy name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with us. We actively monitor for intellectual property misuse and will enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 11phjoy does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing any external link from our platform is done entirely at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit. Our terms apply solely to your use of the 11phjoy platform itself. Any commercial relationships you enter into with third-party providers accessed through our platform are strictly between you and that provider.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
11phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; underage gambling; multiple account creation; collusion; bonus abuse; or any activity deemed to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, we will communicate the reason and anticipated resolution timeframe to the account holder wherever possible and practicable. Users whose accounts are permanently closed due to verified misconduct will not be eligible to re-register on the platform. 11phjoy will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory investigation that involves platform activity. All decisions regarding account suspension or closure made by 11phjoy are final, subject to applicable regulatory review.
You may request the closure of your 11phjoy account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of standard verification checks. Balances derived solely from uncleared bonuses or bonus abuse will be reviewed and may be voided prior to any withdrawal being processed. Account closure does not release you from any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure, including any outstanding disputes or compliance obligations. We recommend downloading your transaction history before requesting closure, as access to historical account data may not be available after your account has been deactivated.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in relation to any dispute. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without diminution. The failure of 11phjoy to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
